Sales and Refunds

Thank you for using Fix My Wheelchair. We appreciate the fact that you like a reliable service technician to repair your faulty medical equipment. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience with lasting results.

Just as most dealers, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Fix My Wheelchair. The main thing to remember is that by scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms set forth below along with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

Payment Processing

We accept any US-issued and most internationally-issued mag strip or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover logo. We also accept cash, corporate checks, PayPal, Google Pay, Cash app and Apple Pay. Payments are due at the end of the service visit.

Standard Return Policy

Returns are accepted 10 days after sale date seen on invoice. A 25% restocking fee of the total will be charged for the return. Returns are not accepted after 10 days. Any custom parts, custom options or custom orders are non refundable. 

Limited Warranty Summary

All warranty inquires are based on manufacturer's terms. Warrantied parts are subject to approval and will be provided by the manufacturer at no cost. Wear and tear items such as armrest pads, any upholstery, tires, inner tubes, foot mats and body plastic are not covered under warranty. Products subjected to negligence, accidents, improper operation, shipping cost and Labor costs are not included under warranty and must be paid by the customer.

Workmanship

Fix My Wheelchair warrants all part installations, equipment assemblies, and repair work for thirty (30) days. This warranty is subject to discretion by Fix My Wheelchair and must be related to the work performed as stated on the invoice. Parts or equipment are not included in our workmanship warranty.

Mk Batteries

Fix My Wheelchair warrants MK replacement batteries to be free from defects in materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.
