In order to ensure top quality service, I always recommend doing an In-Home Assessment to ensure the proper diagnosis of your mobility equipment. If the customer receives a diagnosis and parts are required, a deposit can be collected to order the parts needed to complete the repair. The customer will then be responsible for the remaining balance of the completed repair, parts and installation included. If you forgo doing an assessment and require ordering of any parts you, the customer, are required to pay in full the part plus installation at time of ordering. Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted.
